OUR COURIERS

For UK deliveries we usually use the Royal Mail.

Global Delivery Standard & Express (Fedex, Ups ...) depending availability, purchase price, package size and destination.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We offer a world wide shipping.

 

We cannot ship to:

  • Some P.O. Boxes

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

International delivery: Phrata can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

DELIVERY COSTS

Flat Rate Standard Local UK Shipping Cost is £5.80 GBP

Free Shipping in the UK with order over £165 GBP. 

Flat Rate International Shipping Cost is £9.80 GBP

Free Shipping international with order over £199 GBP. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping, duties are non-refundable.

EXPECTED ARRIVAL

WEDDING DRESSES: made to order: Processing time 10 - 14 business days + Shipping 3 - 5 business days

Processing Time: the processing time starts from the moment we received all the measurements needed for the order confirmation.

EVERYTHING ELSE: Processing time 5 business days + Shipping 3 - 5 business days

Delivered 09:00 am – 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Times may vary.

We work closely with our shipping partners and we’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum to meet our shipping estimates.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is with the courier, you will receive via email/message  tracking information so you can follow its progress and when to expect the delivery.

DELIVERY CHANGES 

Some of our couriers offers the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you. Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, our couriers makes it easy for you.

 

Here’s a few options you can select to customize your delivery:

1. Schedule Your Delivery with Royal Mail UK

If the estimated delivery date doesn't suit you, you have the option on the Royal Mail website to select another available date, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.

2. Leave with Neighbor / Signature Release

Request for your order to be left with your neighbor or if you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, please note that if you select those options, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

3. Collection from courier Service Point:

If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from the Service Point.

the courier will let you know the nearest Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery.

Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this time frame, it’ll be sent back to the sender.

 

To collect your parcel from a Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:

A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)

Your email/SMS notification from the courier.

RESTRICTIONS

some products might be unavailable for International Delivery for some countries.

This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations.
