Our wedding dresses are all made to order, it means that from the moment of the order confirmation, a production process is starting: from sourcing fabrics and materials, pattern creation, cutting and sewing, fittings and alterations, embellishments and details, finishing touches, quality control packaging and delivery.

You can choose from the two following options:

1. STANDARD SIZE (choosing by the size chart)

It's recommended not to select the size directly based on your habits. For better results measure yourself (see how to measure with the guide on the photos gallery, or here) than check the chart carefully to select the size. After placing an order please send us the following measurements:  1. Height 2. Hollow to Floor (barefoot).

2. CUSTOM MADE SIZE

If you decided on custom size please send us a message after ordering, with the following measurements: 1. Bust 2. Waist 3. Hips 4. Hollow to Floor (barefoot) 5. Wedding Shoe heel height 6. Total height. In case of a dress having Sleeves, please add: 7. Sleeve Length 8. Upper arm circumference.

Please allow 10 - 12 working days to fulfil your order (before ship) with a quality process to make sure everything is perfect.

Shipping time 3 - 5 working days

PLEASE SEE Returns & Refunds

▪ Cold hand wash.
▪ Use only non-chlorine detergent.
▪ For small stains, apply soapy water with a swab.
▪ Avoid rubbing glitter spots.
▪ Do not tumble dry.
▪ Use steamer for ironing up to 121°C/250°F. 
▪ Dry vertical or horizontal in well-ventilated area.
▪ Store the dress hung up.
▪ Keep it away from moisture.
