If you decided on custom size please send us a message after ordering, with your following measurements (all in cm):

In case of a dress having Sleeves, please add:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving, if you are not satisfied for any reason under the following circumstances:
A. Item Condition
The Item must be in unworn, unused, in re-saleable condition, tags attached and with the original product packaging to be eligible.
B. 14 days Return policy
B.1. Standard size made-to-order dress (choosing from the chart)
If you need to return a standard size made-to-order dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 10% of the item cost for handling fee.
B2. Custom size made-to-order dress
If you need to return a custom size made-to-order dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 30% of the item cost for materials, restocking and handling fee.
B3. Return time
In a case of a return please make the request including sending the item within the first three days of receiving.
C. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
